Co to jest implant?
IMPLANT to śrubka, która zastępuje korzeń zęba, do której przymocowuje się koronę zęba. Implant jest wykonany z tytanu, co pozwala mu na szybkie zrośnięcie się z kością i czyni go naturalnym, bardzo stabilnym podłożem dla przyszłego zęba. What is an implant?

Was ist ein Implantat?
In der Zahnheilkunde ist es ein Element, das die Wurzel des eigenen Zahnes ersetzt. In den Knochen des Zahnfortsatzes chirurgisch eingepflanzt, erlaubt es die Herstellung einer festen prothetischen Ergänzung.
Das Grundmaterial, aus welchem die Implantate hergestellt werden, ist das Titan. Es wird vom Organismus vollkommen toleriert, und gleichzeitig ist es so fest, um solche Belastungen, welchen die Wurzel natürlicher Zähne ausgesetzt sind, zu vertragen.
Der ganze Eingriff ist in zwei Schritte aufgeteilt. Im ersten, chirurgischen Schritt erfolgt die Einpflanzung des Titanimplantats. Erst nach ein paar Monaten kann man den prothetischen Wiederaufbau vornehmen und die Implantate Belastungen aussetzen. Der Prozess ist nachhaltig, aber er gewährleistet dafür einen lebenslangen Unterbau für die Prothetik.
